Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap your item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll organise a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
